Basanta Employment is seeking a motivated Documentation Officer to join our team at a mid-level position. As a Documentation Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and organization of all custumers documents and records. This is a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and productivity of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain a comprehensive database of all customers documents, including contracts, reports, etc.
Ensure all documents are properly labeled, stored, and easily accessible for future reference.
Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of all documents before filing.
Collaborate with various departments to gather and compile necessary documents for audits and other company needs.
Develop and implement document control procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Manage the distribution and retrieval of documents to and from relevant parties.
Train and assist employees on proper document management and filing procedures.
Regularly update and maintain document tracking systems.
Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to document management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in DOFE.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization is a plus.
