RB Gem & Jewellery Industry is seeking an Online Customer Care Executive with a strong passion for social media and digital marketing to enhance our online presence and engage with jewelry enthusiasts across Nepal.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries through calls, emails, and messaging platforms
Provide accurate product information and guide customers through the purchase process
Handle online sales inquiries and follow up on potential leads
Maintain organized records of customer interactions and sales activities
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Promote products, offers, and ongoing campaigns as appropriate

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year
