Matashree Design and Construction is a trusted name in the building and infrastructure industry, known for delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Corporate Relation Manager to lead and oversee our construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and supervise construction projects from start to finish.
Coordinate internal resources, contractors, and consultants to ensure efficient project delivery.
Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules.
Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards on-site.
Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
Prepare and present regular project reports to management and clients.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Lead project teams and ensure smooth communication among all stakeholders.
Foster strong client relationships through professionalism and consistent project updates.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Required Age:Less than 28 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s Degree in BE, BBA or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project management.
Proven track record of managing residential and commercial building projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient in project management tools and MS Office (MS Project/Primavera is an advantage).
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams effectively.
Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
PMP or equivalent certification is an added advantage.

Note :

Travel to various project locations as required to oversee on-site operations and ensure successful execution.
