Education Asia, a leading education consultant for students seeking information on international education, is hiring Senior Education Counsellors to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:

As a Senior Education Counselor, you will play a vital role in guiding students towards their dream academic paths. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of international education options to provide personalized advice and support to students, helping them identify suitable universities, programs, and scholarship opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth consultations with students to understand their academic goals, interests, and financial background.
Research and recommend suitable universities, programs, and scholarship opportunities based on each student's profile.
Assist students with the application process, including preparing application documents, essays, and letters of recommendation.
Provide guidance on navigating visa applications and pre-departure procedures.
Maintain a strong understanding of current trends in international education and stay updated on university programs and scholarship offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and educational institutions abroad.
Develop and deliver informative presentations and workshops for students about international education options.
Contribute to the creation of engaging content for our website and social media platforms.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field, Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of two years of employment commitment is non-negotiable.
Proven track record of successfully guiding students toward achieving their academic goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficient in using relevant CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to achieve enrolment targets.
