We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Software Developer (Full Stack) to be a part of our innovative and growing development team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of the entire software development process, including analysis, design, development, and implementation of robust solutions.
Gather and analyze business and system requirements to inform solution design.
Design scalable and efficient software solutions that meet project needs.
Implement new systems and ensure their alignment with functional requirements.
To collaborate with teams throughout the development lifecycle, including ideation of software solutions, designing client-side and server-side architecture, and building front-end applications with visual design, features, and mobile responsiveness.
Developing and managing databases and applications, utilizing RDBMS, SQL across Windows or Unix/Linux platforms.
Testing software for responsiveness and efficiency, troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading software are also required tasks
Interact with vendors, consultants, and end users to confirm requirements are met.

Requirements and Qualifications:

A university degree in engineering IT/IS, computer applications, or a related discipline is required.
3–5 years of experience in system design, development, implementation, or operation and proficiency. Familiarity with additional programming languages such as JavaScript and Python is beneficial.
Competence in developing web applications using the latest web framework is expected.
Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for frontend support is essential.
Familiarity with version control tools like git, containerization tools like Docker and an understanding of Agile methodologies are considered beneficial.
Knowledge of web services, XML, message queue systems, FTP, financial messaging, and encryption technology is desirable.
Ability to learn and apply new technologies, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the capacity to prioritize and execute multi tasks effectively.
Experience of working in SCRUM/Agile team would be added value
