Roles and responsibilities of this job

Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing technical expertise on products and services.
Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain product features and benefits to customers.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and provide necessary support to secure orders.
Problem Solving: Assist clients in resolving issues with product usage and recommend improvements or upgrades as needed.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.
Documentation: Prepare sales engineering reports by collecting and analyzing sales information and engineering trends.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Education: A bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field is typically required.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the technical aspects of the products being sold, including their applications and benefits.
Sales Skills: Proven track record in sales, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to analyze customer needs and propose effective solutions.
Team Collaboration: Experience working closely with sales teams and technical departments to ensure seamless transitions from sales to implementation.

Note: The ideal candidate should have experience in sales and should sound technically experience related to air conditioners, CCTV cameras,Display products(Monitors, LED, Signage, Smartboards), and ICT products.
